The couple, who fell in love on the show a year ago and got married in June, is expecting their first child, People first reported Sunday. Evan was featured on JoJo's season of The Bachelorette and Carly was featured on Chris Soules' season of The Bachelor.

This will be the couple's first child together.

There's something in the air for Bachelor alumni, because Waddell recently attended the baby shower of another former contestant, Jade Roper. Evan and I are SO EXCITED to announce we are HAVING A BABY!

"What a wonderful, wild year it has been", she said.

This happy news comes mere weeks after the twosome tied the knot down in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Bachelor in Paradise season four premieres Monday, August 14 at 8/7c on ABC.
