LADY GAGA is set to testify in the ongoing legal case between record producer Dr Luke and popstar Kesha at some point in September, reports Page Six. "That has now been accomplished", her lawyer Orin Snyder said.
The "Born This Way" singer was orginally set to attend a hearing on August 22 after Dr. Luke accused Gaga of being unwilling to sit for a deposition since March, Page Six reported.
Dr. Luke subpoenaed Gaga recently as part of the defamation lawsuit as he believes the pop star has "relevant information regarding, among other things, false statements about Dr. Luke made to her by Kesha", including a series of text messages. The high-profile announcement comes as Dr Luke - real name Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald - continues to legally pursue Kesha - full name Kesha Rose Sebert - for defamation, following her claims of sexual assault and battery at the hands of the producer.
According to the Manhattan Supreme Court's agreement, she has now agreed to "produce un-redacted copes of certain of the documents that were previously produced in redacted form".

The subpoena is related to the prosecution of people arrested during the protests. Civil liberties and digital rights groups rose to defend DreamHost's stand.
Her willingness to comply with Luke's requests are an about face.
The date, time and location are yet to be confirmed at present, but the deposition will be mutually agreed upon by all parties no later than this Saturday.
Last year, evidence of text exchanges between Gaga and Kesha were submitted to the courts as evidence, but the judge sealed the messages, making the content confidential. "This motion has become necessary because Dr. Luke's counsel has not been able to obtain, despite repeated request, a deposition date from Lady Gaga". In March, she appeared on the Los Angeles radio station 97.1 AMP and alluded to Kesha's abuse without specifically calling out Dr. Luke.
"I think that people should just know that there's so much more than what meets the eye in a case like that", Lady Gaga said.
