The former light-welterweight champion and his spouse have been in and out of the limelight over the past few months as an exchange of comments between Makhdoom and Khan's family escalated into a well-publicised feud.

The dispute started last year-end when Makhdoom spoke out against what she claims was "domestic abuse" at the hands of her in-laws.

'She was with him all night, ' said an onlooker.

"I asked her not to wear such dresses and to take the dupatta (scarf), but she never listened".

They allegedly stayed at Heathrow's Radisson Blu Edwardian hotel before the star caught a plane to Las Vegas where he attended the Mayweather-McGregor fight.

He also addressed his wife's claims that she was expecting a second child after she posted a photo of a baby scan on the app.

The Olympic silver medallist added: "I hear that she has just announced that she is pregnant".

British boxer, Amir Khan was spotted last night at a concert in Dubai with his hand placed on a mystery woman's bum, just weeks after splitting from his wife, Faryal Makhdoom.

Khan said Faryal didn't inform him about the pregnency and he came to know about it through social media.

Amir and Faryal, 26, already have a three-year-old daughter called Lamaisah together but she is reportedly prepared to raise their unborn baby without the support of Amir.

Casting doubt on Faryal's pregnancy claims, he said that he does not know if it's true, adding, only time will tell. "I'm always going to be there for my kids". She's everything to me.

"Obviously, if there's another kid, then I'm gonna show my support and be there for Faryal".

Pledging to put an end to the acrimony between them for the sake of their children he explained: "It's not healthy for the kids". I don't want my children to see us fighting. We are officially not together'.
