Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will undertake a four-day official visit to Jammu and Kashmir from Saturday and will hold confabulations with an "open mind" with a cross-section of the society to seek a solution to the vexed problem in the state. The attack is being seen as a major security breach since the location of the attack was just 500 yards from the scheduled meeting venue of home minister Rajnath Singh.
