Demi Lovato Reveals 'Simply Complicated' Documentary Trailer

A new trailer unveiled on Wednesday shows the the 25-year-old songstress reflecting on some of her most troubled times including an incident when she punched one of her backing dancers in 2010.

A new trailer offers a look at the upcoming YouTube exclusive Simply Complicated, which focuses on the rise and struggles of USA pop singer Demi Lovato.

After this, Lovato says she went on a two-month "bender", where she was "using daily". And that's the best I can do'.

We also see Demi and the people around her discuss how quickly she became an global superstar, and how the pressure of being a role model at a young age was just too much. "I turn around, and Demi had punched her backup dancer in the face", a friend of Lovato's says. Things then move on to the making of Tell Me You Love Me, with Demi reflecting on five years of sobriety.
