Taking to her Instagram account, the 25-year-old singer uploaded a short black-and-white video of her talking to Gracie as the youngster said: "I'm not scared". "'Cause you are fearless, right?" she asked. "You're not scared of anything, right?"
The empowering message comes one month after Gomez revealed on September 14 that she had undergone a kidney transplant as part of her lupus treatment, and her donor was her best friend, actress Francia Raisa. The sweet sister duo then shared a high five.
