Joshua GURTO, is wanted by Conneaut Police Department in northern OH for the Aggravated Murder and Rape of a 13 month old girl.

A surveillance video appears to have a New York State license, the U.S. Marshals Service told the media under the belief that they could be traveling through the area. The attached press release includes pictures of the last known sighting of GURTO in Girard, Pennsylvania.

The men were last seen October 13, in Girard, Pa.
