The Evil Within 2 | Launch Trailer

The Evil Within 2's launch trailer shows off a house of horrors

The Evil Within 2's Launch Trailer Is Gross

In an action-packed trailer Sebastian, the protagonist for The Evil Within 2 is stepping into a living haunted house with enough monsters and nightmares to make anyone think twice. This time, however, Sebastian's mission is personal: He's searching for his daughter Lily, who he thought he had lost many years ago, and it's now a race against time as the world crumbles around him.

Bethesda has released a new trailer for The Evil Within 2 that, in its own words, features some of the "unspeakable horrors" main character Sebastian Castellanos will face in the game. Along the way, he'll meet up with weird creatures, like a long-haired woman who appears to be made up of body parts, psychotic photographers, and other deranged monsters who only look human. Will you find Lily before Stefano and Theodore tear the world apart? It seems to have improved on 2014's The Evil Within, from its grotesque visuals to its narrative, which seems more deeply entrenched in body horror and other disturbing concepts.

Manhattan DA's office defends handling of Weinstein grope allegation
There's a wealth of information out there to substantiate the prosecution against Weinstein without relying on the tape alone. Weinstein's pattern of mistreating women, as recounted in recent reports, is disgraceful and shocks the conscience.

"Our focus when making The Evil Within 2 was to build on the surreal horror and gameplay fans loved from the first game, while creating an expanded world to explore and a compelling story for you to experience as Sebastian".

The Evil Within 2 launches on Friday the 13th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
