The Weinstein Company financier to pull out of $45m loan?

AI International Holdings gave The Weinstein Company a $45 million dollar loan past year, and now they want it back, TMZ reported.

Unless you have been living off the grid for the past week then you would have heard about Harvey Weinstein scandal where multiple women have claimed that he sexually assaulted them. TMZ reported Wednesday Jay has been consulting with his team of investors, including a movie producer and billionaire, to consider buying Weinstein's 23% stake in the company. They also produced The Kalief Browder Story alongside the performer and are working on a Trayvon Martin miniseries.

They said that the "dismissal of Harvey Weinstein from his position as co-chairman" constitutes a "material adverse change" which allows them to demand the loans be paid back immediately.
