The biggest DC Comics superhero movie to date, which arrives in theaters Thursday night, navigated family tragedy, historically bad reviews and a change in filmmakers.

If you love Superheroes, you already know a lot about the Justice League.

The sit-down chat took place at the Justice League Experience in Batman's Flying Squirrel set in London.

Channel24's trip to London was sponsored by Warner Bros.

Of the "Justice League" film, he said: "Being a part of this movie was very important because Superman is represented in that he's only an ideal in this movie".

But that's not been all.

It's unclear whether "The Batman", which Affleck dropped out of writing and directing in January, would be that segue or whether he's hoping for another film to provide that exit. Whedon, himself, was called a hypocrite for espousing feminist ideals by his ex-wife, Kai Cole. And just weeks before release, Warner Bros. severed ties with one of the film's chief financiers, Brett Ratner's RatPac-Dune company, after sexual assault allegations were leveled against Ratner.

Blake Shelton Named People Magazine's 'Sexiest Man Alive'
Being named the "Sexiest Man Alive" has already gone to Blake's head... "And that's fat", he said . It turns out, girlfriend Gwen Stefani pushed him to accept the honor.

"You're standing next to Batman and Wonder Woman". We feel the loss of that character in this movie because he's not present anymore. "But for the most part it's been an incredibly positive experience".

A Herculean effort was needed to bring Justice League to the screen, with ups and downs along the way.

"You don't do it forever", Affleck said. Let's just say 80, 85 percent of the movie is what was originally shot.

Adds Gadot: "People planned on making this movie 10 years ago, and even 20 years ago, and it just never happened". And I love the reality that you have this universe that is so inverted from one that we know.

Deborah Snyder says Justice League 2 "would be amazing" but DC's lineup is already plenty busy. That was always Zack's vision.

The early reactions are in and it seems that Justice League continues down the path laid out by Wonder Woman and proves to be a tonally fun film with breakout performances. The live interactive broadcast from the Hollywood red carpet world premiere begins at 8:30pm ET/5:30pm PT and cast expected to attend include Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Connie Nielsen, Diane Lane, J.K. Simmons, and Amber Heard. And to see that different manifestation of Batman and his whole different style.
