The rep adds, "Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances".
In 2015, the actress claims she met Weinstein at the Montage hotel to talk about a role on the show Marco Polo as well as "acting in two to three other projects".
"Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein", the producer's representative Holly Baird wrote in a statement. For several years, Weinstein invited the woman to awards show parties. She says she told the producer that she was an actress, and claims that Weinstein "offered to assist her" with her career, so she gave him her number.
The suit, obtained Variety, stated Weinstein arranged a meeting with the actress at the Montage Hotel in 2015 to discuss a role on the Netflix series Marco Polo. At some point during the meeting, the woman alleges that Weinstein excused himself and returned wearing only a bathrobe. "Despite her telling Weinstein 'no, ' Weinstein proceeded to grip her wrist with one hand while using the other to masturbate in front of her to completion".
Furthermore, Harvey can't speak to anonymous allegations but denies all of them outright, and any relationships he's had have been consensual. The woman agreed to meet Weinstein to discuss the "Marco Polo" role again, and this time alleges Weinstein threw her on a bed, started performing oral sex on her and put his penis inside her vagina before starting to start masturbate on her, the lawsuit states. She said she wasn't OK with that. She allegedly "swore at him and hung up the phone". It's alleged that when she pushed him away, he used his "massive weight and strength" to hold her down and rape her.

More than 100 women have accused Weinstein of sexual harassment or assault, including Ashley Judd, Rose McGowan, Angelina Jolie and Cara Delevingne.
The New York Police Department is now gathering evidence against Weinstein after detectives interviewed actress Paz de la Huerta, who claims Weinstein raped her twice in 2010. The lawsuit marks the latest in a series of legal actions against the New York-based company following a barrage of sexual misconduct allegations against its co-founder.
Weinstein, who was sacked by the Weinstein Co last month, has sued his former employer for company records that he says could help him defend himself against sexual assault allegations, and for a wrongful termination case, according to court documents.
Beverly Hills police have said they are investigating allegations against Weinstein, but have released few details.
