They also spoke to the child's parents, offering to remove the girl and/or Sizemore from the movie and encouraging the parents to press charges, something the parents declined to do. His agent, Stephen Rice, told the industry trade paper, "Our position is 'no comment'".

When contacted by THR, the girl, now 26, asked not to be identified and declined to talk about the matter except to say that she's exploring legal action against Sizemore and her parents.

The Hollywood Reporter claims to have spoken to a dozen people involved in making the film Born Killers, released in 2005, who confirmed he was sent home over the incident.

The actor, who had a history of drug use and charges of battery against women, was dropped by his management firm and agency shortly afterward. The girl portrayed the daughter of Sizemore's character in photos used for the production. The report stated that Sizemore was told to leave the film set of the movie Born Killers after an 11-year-old actress told her mother that Sizemore allegedly touched her genitals. This is when he allegedly "rubbed his finger against her vagina" or 'inserted it inside'. Production manager Cassidy Lunnen recalls that "the girl was so young it was unclear to her and [later] her parents what had actually taken place and if it was intentional or not".

"At one point her eyes got just huge, like she could've vomited", Adamson said.

The girl's mother noticed her daughter was being unusually quiet the next day, and the girl revealed the alleged inappropriate touching when she put on a bathing suit to go swimming, as she said the suit felt similar to Sizemore's fingers.

Why 14 November is celebrated as Children's Day?
Let us sacrifice our today so that our children can have a better tomorrow. "Bitter is the tears of a child: Sweeten them". Children like to tell about their " Chacha Nehru " and "role of children to make future of the country" in their speech.

The film's producers Michael Manshel and Gus Spoliansky claimed that as soon as they heard the allegation, Sizemore was removed from set. "She soon reintegrated and kept going, although she had trouble taking direction", Adamson recalled. "We're talking about consistent behavior, just being 'Tom Sizemore" on set every day. The girl subsequently told her mother what happened and Catrine McGregor, the casting director, was informed.

Producers told THR that the actor's alleged behavior against the young girl happened during lengthy portrait sessions in Utah for the $5 million film.

"There was never any doubt", Roi Maufas, who worked as a production assistant, told THR.

The Saving Private Ryan actor, who was charged with methamphetamine possession in 2007 and later appeared on Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew, pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor charges of domestic abuse in February this year.

At the time the film was being shot, under the name "Piggy Banks", Sizemore had recently been convicted of harassing and physically abusing his ex-girlfriend Heidi Fleiss.
