Brunton claims the 80-year-old actor tried to remove his underwear.
"Right now it is a he said / he said situation, over alleged events almost 40 years ago", Takei said. "But those that know me understand that non-consensual acts are so antithetical to my values and my practices, the very idea that someone would accuse me of this is quite personally painful", Takei tweeted in response to the allegations.
"I did flirt with her, and I remember trying to kiss Jessica as part of what I thought was a consensual seduction ritual that went on and on for many years", he said.
A writer who worked for Richard Dreyfuss on a TV comedy special in the 1980s said he sexually harassed her for years and exposed himself to her in a studio lot trailer.

It's at that point that Stern asked Takei if he never hassled anybody for sex, or grabbed their genitals.
Stern asked Takei whether or not he had ever grabbed a man's genitals against his will.
Brunton said that after a date with Takei, he went with Takei back to his condo.
Brunton and Teich both said they were inspired to come forward after reading statements of support made by Takei and Dreyfuss in the wake of sexual-assault claims by others.
