"Ashok was brutally tortured to confess to the crime which he had not committed. He is completely innocent", the father was quoted as saying by ANI. "Only one parents-teachers meet (PTM) had happened till now and all teachers had praised my son's performance and behaviour".

According to the CBI, the weapon belonged to the class XI student. He maintained that Kumar was arrested on the basis of "evidence" but that the investigation was far from over when the CBI took over the case.

Meanwhile, the Juvenile Justice Board sought clarification from the CBI for violating timings of interrogation of the accused class 11 boy. CBI in their investigation report had mentioned that the accused teenager is poor in studies and had not prepared well for the exams which prompted him to take the step.

Pradyuman was found inside the toilet of the school with his throat slit on September 8. The Gurugram juvenile court on Saturday ordered the teenage accused to be sent to an observation home in Faridabad till November 22, the next date of hearing in the Pradhyumn murder case.

A juvenile court had sent the minor to three-day CBI remand on Thursday after the investigating agency submitted that the highschooler had confessed to the murder in front of his father and an independent witness. He was reportedly asked how he got the idea to kill someone to get examination and parents teacher meeting delayed, what he did after the crime, whom he spoke to and whether he confide in others. Though the agency is yet to find clinching evidence, investigators have told a juvenile court that the teen had confessed to the crime in the presence of his father, independent witnesses and the member of a social welfare board.On Thursday, the CBI had questioned the boy for six hours before taking him to some shops to find out where he could have bought the knife used to kill Pradyuman.This morning, a 15-member team took the teen to the Ryan worldwide school and went over the crime scene to reconstruct the events , As Reported By NDTV.

The cold-blooded murder of the seven-year-old Pradyuman took a new dimension on Wednesday after the CBI trashed the probe by the Gurgaon police and gave a clean chit to the bus conductor arrested with the charges of murder and sexual assault.
