As teased before, Huawei announced the launch of the Nova 2s smartphone at an event in China today. It is powered by 2.4GHz Octa-Core Huawei Kirin 960 processor. Colour options available for the Huawei Nova 2s are Black, Gray, Red, Rose Gold and Blue. Its frame is made of metal, and the front and the front panel covered with glass.

He was able to get a clear picture of the Nova 2S's front which not only shows off another big smartphone with slim bezels, but also a pair of front-facing cameras just above that display. 16 and 20-megapixel snappers are placed on the back of the Huawei Nova 2s, and we're looking at RGB and monochrome sensors here (f/1.8 aperture). Up front, there is a dual selfie camera setup with a 20MP primary camera with f/2.0 aperture and a 2MP secondary camera with LED flash.
Numerous leaks about the Huawei Nova 2S already hint at the phone's specs. The promotional images for the smartphone were posted recently on the Chinese social network website Weibo, revealing that the Huawei Nova 2S will be officially announced on December 7. Do keep in mind that Huawei released the special edition "Yixing Zhang" customized version of the phone which comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage as well, and that variant is priced at 3,399 Yuan ($514). The device is expected to run the latest Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box, as well as the operating system's compatible custom user interface, the Emotion UI (EMUI) 8.0.
