Chinese smartphone manufacturer giant Huawei has just started rolling out the latest Android Operating System Oreo to their flagship smartphones, Mate 9 and Mate 9 Pro launched last years.Both the smartphones are receiving the OS update with the Huawei's latest ecosystem on top EMUI 8.0 with many customization options and features. It's not an open beta at the moment - Huawei says it's capping the number of enrollees, and that it's a first-come, first serve deal - but if you manage to get in, you'll get an over-the-air update to EMUI 8.0 version B323.
In addition to the Oreo goodies, the update also bring EMUI version 8.0 B334 to both phones. It and can be joined by downloading the Beta Friendly User Test (FUT) app from Huawei website. While some months have passed, the update has yet to arrive to a majority of handsets, only being found on 0.3% of supported devices. Keep in mind that if you have the Honor 8 Pro, you'll be getting the update as well since this is the global version of the Honor V9. It's being prepped for release with the limited public beta available since October. The new update brings a host of new AI features that the new Mate 10 comes with. And now, it is available for Mate 9, Mate 9 Pro and Mate 9 Porsche Edition in China.

The system, which was developed by Digital Asset (DA), will replace the Clearing House Electronic Subregister System (CHESS ). The ASX said it would release details on how the system would work and when it might be launched in March next year.
Some important Android 8.0 Oreo features that can be expected include better Google Assistant integration, picture-in-picture (PIP), updated design elements, and battery optimization.
