Conyers' father, John Conyers (D-Mich.), resigned from Congress on earlier this week amid shocking allegations he sexually harassed a number of female staffers.
Some of his songs included lyrics like, "My n***as turn grams into grands" and "Ay f**k making a living bro, I'm trying to make history/So picture me letting the news nit-pick at me". John Conyers' resignation from the U.S. House amid sexual harassment allegations unlocks the seat he's held for more than a half-century.
According to the report, the alleged victim said Conyers III "body slammed her on the bed and then on the floor where he pinned her down and spit on her" on suspicions of her infidelity after going through her computer. The girlfriend said she tried to call cops, but Conyers III took away her phone, and the woman tried to defend herself with a knife from the kitchen. By her account, she grabbed a knife out of self-defense and told Conyers III to leave, but he took the knife, cutting her arm in the process.
NBC News pointed out that while speaking about sexual assault Conyers III told reporters: "women are to be believed". The girlfriend had a small stab wound on her lower bicep but prosecutors said there was no way to prove that the victim's injury "was not accidentally sustained".
She then got into a pushing and shoving match with him.
After his girlfriend filed for a restraining order in March, Conyers responded in court documents, saying she has "a history of mental illness and has made previous false allegations".
Ronda Rousey's transition to WWE close to being finalized
She went into her fight with Holly Holm holding the Women's Bantamweight Title, but she was defeated in the second round. Rousey's next and final fight in the UFC came on December 30, 2016, when Amanda Nunes defeated her in the first round.

The report also said there are 911 tapes that reflect John Conyers III and his girlfriend screaming at each other during a pitched physical battle.
"I have a great family here and especially in my oldest boy, John Conyers III, who, incidentally, I endorse to replace me in my seat in Congress", the congressman said in an interview on Detroit radio station WPZR.
"I have not concluded if I will be a candidate but hope to come to a decision by the new year -- once I have taken the time to thoroughly listen to the community", he wrote in a statement released on social media Wednesday. Ian Conyers, whose grandfather is Rep. Conyers' brother, has already announced his plans to run for the seat.
