"So I was led to believe that I still had the Force and it was really strong in me".

John Williams has been scoring every major Star Wars entry from the first movie to The Last Jedi, and he confirms that he'll be back for Episode IX.

With The Last Jedi nearing the end of its theatrical run, we should expect Episode IX to hit theaters December of 2019.

Mark Hamill (himself) has been singing the praises of Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way and Skellig Michael, which both have starring roles in billion dollar blockbusters Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Each of them were using the Force to pull it towards them, but instead the lightsaber broke in half in a burst of energy, knocking Kylo Ren out and leaving Rey to escape. Though, no mention has been made yet about what actually happened to Luke's green lightsaber.

Rian Johnson has explained why it was that Luke used a blue lightsaber in Star Wars: The Last Jedi and not his green one.

Ford Ramps Up Self-Driving Plans With New Partnerships, Business Model
But since then, Ford's self-driving ambitions have been overshadowed by the perception that GM leads in the future of cars. Ford's early partners for its AV service platform include Domino's, Lyft, and, as of today, Postmates.

"[Luke] is basically tailoring this projection to have maximum effect on Kylo".

Of course Kylo Ren isn't confused by the presence of his grandfather's lightsaber.

As for why Kylo Ren didn't notice that Luke was using the same lightsaber that had been destroyed during his confrontation with Rey, Johnson noted that the new Supreme Leader would have been blinded a flash of light and knocked unconscious during their showdown, therefore he would not have seen the weapon being damaged. Hopefully this puts the nail in the coffin of at least one complaint about The Last Jedi, though there are undoubtedly plenty of others that won't go away no matter what Rian Johnson or anyone else has to say.

Since the film's debut, viewers have targeted their hatred towards writer/director Rian Johnson, demanding he be removed from a leadership position in regards to an upcoming trilogy of Star Wars films, in addition to petitions surfacing across the internet in hopes of these audiences having their perspectives heard.
