- An Amber Alert was issued for an 8-year-old Cape Coral girl Thursday afternoon. The 8-year-old was found unharmed in a Eufaula hotel around 1:00 a.m. Friday.

The Florida Missing Child Alert for Juliet Odierna has been canceled.

A Cape Coral girl who was abducted from her elementary school by her stepfather was located safe and sound on Friday.

Juliet Odierna is being placed temporarily in foster care until her father arrives to retrieve her.

Most of the sick patients are reported from Iowa (55), but IL (4), Nebraska (3), Minnesota (2), and Texas (1) also reported cases. A multistate outbreak of salmonella linked to chicken salad has hospitalized at least 28 people, according to health officials.

Both Theodore and Jennifer are in police custody.

According to the Cape Coral Police Department, Juliet's father, Robert Odierna, has full custody of her, and her mother, Jennifer R. Moschovas has court-ordered supervised visitation only.

She may be in the company of Jennifer Odierna and Theodore Moschovas.
