MI native Kid Rock will be inducted into the World Wresting Entertainment (WWE) Hall of Fame celebrity wing as part of the Class of 2018, WWE announced on Monday. The 47-year-old rocker will be inducted in the WWE Hall of Fame during WrestleMania 34 weekend, in a ceremony taking place on Friday, April 6.

The late Joe C would be thrilled.

Kid Rock is officially cementing his place in wrestling immortality next month.

The 2018 Hall of Fame class will be inducted during a ceremony two days prior to this year's WrestleMania 34 event, with the class behind headlined by Goldberg, Jeff Jarrett, and the Dudley Boyz.

Kid Rock will sound familiar to WWE fans because he provided the theme song for The Undertaker back in the year 2000.

The WWE usually likes to induct celebrities that have appeared on their shows in the past to be in their Hall of Fame.
