It's a four-year deal worth up to $38 million including $18 million guaranteed, a source told Rapoport.

Wide receiver Donte Moncrief reportedly reached an agreement Tuesday with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Jacksonville's roster is expected to lose another former Nittany Lion shortly, this one via free agency where wide receiver Allen Robinson is expected to sign with the Chicago Bears on Wednesday.

After going against paying for Allen Robinson to stay, the Jacksonville Jaguars have chosen to give a new contract to Marqise Lee. His best season in Indianapolis came in 2015 where he had 64 receptions for 733 yards and six touchdowns.

Moncrief was limited to just nine games in 2016 due to injury, but he had a nose for the end zone with a career-high seven touchdowns to go along with 30 catches for 307 yards.

The former second-round pick out of USC has 171 catches for 2,166 yards and eight scores through four National Football League seasons.

Moncrief, a third-round pick of the Colts in 2014, appeared in 53 games with 27 starts over his past four seasons. His output was negatively affected by the ongoing shoulder problems for Colts starting quarterback Andrew Luck; with Luck sidelined for all of 2017, Moncrief totaled just 26 catches for 391 yards and two scores.
