Sajid Nadiadwala's release strategy proves to be a hit with Baaghi 2 emerging to be this year's highest opening film cashing 25.10 Cr on its release date.

Sharing the latest figures of the blockbuster film starring Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani, film and trade expert on Monday tweeted, "And #Baaghi2 crosses ₹ 150 cr mark..."

Staying strong over the week, it collected 1.75 crores on Friday, 2.50 crores on Saturday, 2.95 crores on Sunday at the Indian box office.

Baaghi is the second movie of the series. The two leading stars Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani were rumored to be dating each other. It also features Manoj Bajpayee, Randeep Hooda and Pratiek Babbar in pivotal roles.
