An MMA journalist has released an alleged picture of McGregor's mugshot from his time in the NY jail when he was arrested.

UFC president Dana White and superstar Conor McGregor were supposed to have already had their first face-to-face meeting since the Irishman unloaded on a van full of fighters at UFC 223 in Brooklyn, N.Y., in early April.

Friend and co-defendant Cian Cowley is expected to join McGregor, who was charged with three misdemeanor crimes and a felony, in court.

McGregor has come out and said yesterday and today to various media outlets that he expects to be cleared on all charges. He added that, "The good news for McGregor is that the most serious charge is the property damage charge".

After tweeting that he's flown back to New York City in his private jet, Conor McGregor is preparing to answer to a judge after the infamous Barclays Center Brawl.

As noted, "The Notorious" one is due in court on June 14th, as he faces three counts of assault and one count of criminal mischief.

McGregor stated in this prepared statement that he understands the "seriousness" of the matter and hopes it is resolved soon.

McGregor last fought in the Ultimate Fighting Championship in November 2016, when he defeated Eddie Alvarez to win the lightweight belt.

Since his last UFC, McGregor has competed inside a boxing ring against Floyd Mayweather, losing the fight on a 10th-round TKO.
