A week later, Johnson was free, though it took a call from Kardashian to learn the life-changing news. "This is crazy. This is just insane", said Kardashian, who brought her personal attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, to the meeting.

When the reality star initially became involved in Johnson's case, the 63-year-old was not familiar with the uberfamous celeb. I was dancing. I was jumping. "I'm telling you, I was dancing, I was dancing, I was jumping, I was screaming, I was doing everything".

"I love this woman", gushes Kardashian as they hug.

Trump pardoned Johnson last Wednesday.

When asked why she chose to champion Johnson's cause outside social media, Kardashian, who first shared Johnson's story with her 60 million Twitter followers in November, said she had tunnel vision. I started reading everything that I could about her, and everyone was amazed.

Huawei Mate 20 may feature a 6.9-inch AMOLED display
These are meant to be used in a device launching in the fourth quarter of this year or the first quarter of 2019. If the Mate 20 Pro gets a 6.9-inch screen that would make it about the size of a small tablet.

Kardashian, who has been working on behalf of the grandma for months, was the first person to tell the nonviolent drug offender about her commutation back on June 6 but this will be the duo's first in person encounter.

"I knew that she would've understood Alice, and she immediately was so receptive and so great", she added.

Regarding her controversial Oval Office meeting with the president, Kim said it was an inspiring experience not rooted in politics, but rather in people - one person, specifically, who she believed did not belong in prison.

More than a dozen people were lined up across the home where Kardashian and Johnson met. "I love this lady", Johnson replies. "I thought she knew because the news was starting to break and we had to get her on the phone", the reality star explained.

'Her commutation is inspirational & gives hope to so many others who are deserving of a second chance'. "This has fulfilled my heart, and so since I feel so fulfilled, why would I stop that?'"
