The arrangement kicked off on June 8, with Pitt granted access to the kids for four hours per day as he visits them in London, where Jolie is now filming Maleficent 2.
Jolie, 43, and Pitt, 54, were ordered to arrange a phone call between them, their children and two psychologists "to explain the summer schedule", the documents state.
Almost two years after Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt, the former power couple have reached a new temporary custody agreement over their six children for this summer, Us Weekly confirms.
A judge in the former couple's case believes the children "not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them".
If the children "remain closed down" to their father, the time they spend with their mother could be cut, the judge said in the court documents.
Brad will have several more periods of access to the kids through July and early August, with another court hearing set for August 13 to determine next steps. The schedule involves each child except for Maddox, who is being allowed to make his own choices because he is older.
Things are not looking up for Angelina Jolie in her lengthy custody battle with Brad Pitt over their children.
From June 27 to July 1, the actor again gets custody of one or two children at a time for ten hours, and the children will be accompanied by a child therapist. And, could Angie lose primary custody?
Government avoids defeat on Brexit bill
It is thought that both the government and the Remainer group of Tory MPs consider the outcome to be a success. The Government has won this key vote, but not without having to make some significant concessions .
Eldest child Maddox however will be able to choose how much time he wants with each parent because of his age.
From July 21 to the 29th, Pitt will be in California and will decide whether the children stay with him or Jolie's home in Los Angeles.
Pitt was cleared of allegations of child abuse by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services in November 2016.
He is responsible for returning them back to Jolie in London on July 29, in addition to paying for their transportation.
When the kids are staying with their dad, Jolie can only call them once a day at a prearranged time. Also, she is not allowed to read the children's text messages with Brad or give out a number to a phone that she secretly monitors.
Following their split, Pitt was investigated by multiple agencies after Jolie alleged that he had a drinking problem and was abusive to their children.
Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt in September 2016, claiming the separation was "for the health of the family".
In some ways, the globe-trotting Jolie has come to resent Pitt for "essentially forcing her to settle down in Los Angeles with the kids", Us Weekly reported in May.
