LOS ANGELES, June 14 ― Los Angeles prosecutors said yesterday that they were reviewing a sexual assault case against Rocky actor Sylvester Stallone.

The case was presented by the Santa Monica Police Department.

Details were not given about the allegations against the actor.

One of Stallone's other attorneys, Blair Berk, has been talking to the investigating officer, Singer said, and she let it be known "that Stallone wanted to file a report that the woman - if it is the same woman - filed a false police report". That assault was alleged to have occurred at a time that would be beyond the statute of limitations.

The allegation against the star comes in the wake of the #MeToo movement that has focused attention on sexual harassment in Hollywood and beyond.

North Korea relations: 'The only dialogue that matters'
Trump cast that decision as a cost-saving measure, but also called the exercises "inappropriate" while talks continue. No longer - sleep well tonight!" In the joint statement, North Korea only agreed to "work toward" denuclearization.

The case is being reviewed by a Los Angeles County task force, which is looking into alleged sexual misconduct in the entertainment industry.

"We have already notified the police that my client wants to file a claim against the woman for filing a false police report", the rep told THR.

The accuser said she consented to have sex with Stallone but not De Luca, and that Stallone threatened to "beat her head in" if she told anyone. "It is under review", the Los Angeles District Attorney told Us Weekly on Wednesday, June 13.

Attempts to reach his lawyer, Martin Singer, were unsuccessful Wednesday night.
