In the meantime, Everton will pay the Catalans 30.2 million, plus 2.2 in variables for the Colombian's services.

John only signed a permanent deal with the Gers ahead of the most recent January window, but Steven Gerrard has let him go having signed Jon Flanagan and Borna Barisic this summer.

"The manager made me feel confident about playing here".

Rick Gates' trustworthiness questioned in Paul Manafort trial
But Kevin Downing, an attorney representing Manafort, got in one final swipe at Gates before his testimony came to an end. Referring to Manafort's pretrial confinement, Trump asked whether Manafort was being treated worse than Al Capone.

"It was a big problem for me, these 10-12 players that we could not look after in a squad of 24, and that creates a lot of problems", he said. The club reserves the right to buy back the player. This is a great opportunity for me and I am looking forward to competing here.

FC Barcelona would like to publicly express their thanks to Yerry Mina for his commitment and dedication and wishes him all the best for the future. Left-back Lucas Digne moved to the Toffees from Barca recently.

Barcelona confirmed the deal for Gomes that will see Everton pay the Portugal global midfielder's wages for the full season, while also paying a loan fee of £2m (€2.25m). He has made just six appearances during his time in Spain.

The Portugal worldwide joined Barcelona from Valencia for an initial €35m two years ago but has struggled to make an impact at the club.
