Samsung has launched yet another smartphone in its A-series - Galaxy A7 (2018). The device is the first Samsung smartphone to feature a triple camera setup that sees a 24-megapixel f/1.7 camera with an 8-megapixel f/2.4 ultra-wide 120-degree lens and a 5-megapixel f/2.2 depth-sensor.
The phone hints at Samsung's new strategy for the mid-range smartphones, in which the company is now introducing features that are even not available on its flagship phones. It seems like a good way to stand out in the crowded market.
The Galaxy A7 features a 6-inch Super AMOLED display with 1080 x 2220 pixels of resolution, 441 ppi and aspect ratio of 18.5:9. Under the hood, the device is powered by an unspecified octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz. Galaxy J4+ will be available in 2GB RAM and 32GB storage options, while Galaxy J6+ can be bought in 4GB RAM and 64GB memory options. The front camera also features an adjustable LED flash, Selfie Focus, Pro Lighting Mode and AR emoji.
The model also comes with Bixby and Samsung Health.

The Galaxy A7 is expected to be available in select Asian and European markets this fall with plans to be available in other global markets soon. The dimensions of this model measure 41.9×45.7×12.7mm and it weighs 49 grams while supporting 22mm interchangeable straps.
Samsung posted some promotional material for the Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus and Samsung Galaxy J4 Plus a few days ago, but now we have official images of both budget-minded devices.
Samsung is hosting an event on October 11 and the handset will initially launch in selected European and Asian markets and will gradually expand.
The dual SIM based smartphone runs on Android 8.0 Oreo operating system with the company's own Samsung Experience on top and is fueled by a 3300mAh battery with adaptive fast charging.
