More than 50,000 used books will be available during the upcoming annual fall book sale sponsored by the Friends of the Norman Library.
Roslin Thompson from the library tells KNIA/KRLS News the sale is important to their operations.
The book sale will open to the public Wednesday, Oct. 17 and run until Sunday, Oct.21. Items for sale will include quality books, children's books, DVD's and CD's.
FOL members will have first pick of the books for sale from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday evening, October 25.

Proceeds from the sale will benefit Friends of the Library, a volunteer, board-guided, membership organization that acts as a booster club for the library.
