During the 10-minute rambling address, West dropped the "f-bomb" and complained he had been pressured to stop wearing his red "Make America Great Again" hat.

"Only after him in 2024", Kanye said.

"You know when you work with a creator like Kanye West, you don't get mainstream".

During one pause in West's comments, Mr Trump said: "I tell you what, that was pretty impressive ... that was quite something".

"It was from the soul".

Rapper Kanye West, second left, stands up as he speaks during a meeting with US President Donald Trump in the Oval office of the White House on October 11, 2018 in Washington, DC. Something tells me he's done this before. "We have the right to bear arms", West said.

When the press in attendance tried to ask more questions, he once again yelled: 'I don't answer questions as simple soundbites. The rapper's wife, reality star Kim Kardashian, visited the White House in May. USA Today reports Kanye explained how Trump gave him "a Superman cape" to help do good in the world.

WBC yet to sanction Deontay Wilder v Tyson Fury fight
Fury won two tune-up bouts, in June and August, and then signed to face Wilder in one of the year's most significant fights. As of Sunday, Fury, whom the WBC recently rated No. 3, was still not enrolled.

A year later, West visited the then president-elect at Trump Tower in NY in December 2016. Mr. Trump earlier in the week said Chicago should strongly consider implementing a stop-and-frisk program like the one New York City had. He said the bombastic pair discussed "life".

West, who has become one of Trump's most outspoken supporters, stirred controversy in an appearance on NBC's "Saturday Night Live" last month when he wore a "Make America Great Again" hat during his performance and delivered a pro-Trump speech to the studio audience.

West launched into a soliloquy-peppered with occasional curse words-about his own upbringing, violence in Chicago and his unapologetic backing of a president who has found tepid support among other entertainers or black Americans.

Williams said Trump used West, 41, as a "prop" to impress a following said to be largely white. "I think it would be cool to have Trump factories", he suggested.

He broke into a nervous laugh and we just hope he's not referencing his freaky new song again, you know the one where he says he'd "smash" his four sister-in-laws. He claimed the two shared "dragon energy".

TMZ obtained photos of Trump in the Make America Great hat, alongside a beaming Kanye, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner. Trump told reporters at Trump Tower that the they had been "friends for a long time". "Let me come over here and get in this fight with you".

He also spoke about Hillary Clinton's 2016 election campaign, and feeling alienated by her slogan.
