Samsung's highly anticipated folding smartphone - the Samsung Galaxy X or Samsung Galaxy Fold - is set for an official launch at events in San Francisco and London on Wednesday 20 February.

The next flagship phone in Samsung's long-running Galaxy series, the S10, is slated to break cover on February 20th.

It's reported that Samsung's foldable will be available for purchase starting in April, but that has yet to be confirmed by Samsung.

In another episode of CES 2019, Samsung Electronics has announced on their new vision - Connected Living.

Something to look forward to: Some expected Samsung to share more public information about the phone at CES but that doesn't appear to be in the cards. The most exciting product by Samsung was the 98-inch 8K QLED TV which is the biggest 8K TV by Samsung, surpassing last year's 85-inch 8K TV.

Every year CES brings impressive new products with new technological breakthroughs in the field of smart appliances and AI.

As Tim Tebow's chances of reaching the big leagues look favorable heading into next season, that won't be the only major development in the Heisman Trophy winner's life.

THE year 2019 will witness a revolutionary change in the form factor of smartphones, led by South Korean tech titan Samsung Electronics' launch of its first foldable display phone that could be a game-changer for the stalled global smartphone market.

What we can probably glean from this conversation is that the Galaxy X/Galaxy Flex/Galaxy Whatever-It-Will-Be-Called isn't likely to be released until Q2 2019 - hence the specification of first half, as opposed to first quarter.

The new front load washer, also a 2019 CES Innovation Award victor, can finish a full load in just 30 minutes2 with the SuperSpeed feature.

Another executive who saw it also said that the Samsung foldable smartphone is "specialised to multitasking" and is best suited to someone who has both a smartphone and a tablet. Their MicroLED technology offers modular design, immersive viewing, and landscape screens, completely personalized for a viewer's space and needs.

Another leak from SlashLeaks showed an image of a protective case for the Galaxy S10 Lite, indicating that it will feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a dual rear camera setup, even though some reports suggest that the upcoming smartphone will sport three imaging sensors on the back.
