Sergio Aguero scored a hat-trick on a day which saw City look a class above.

It was Chelsea's third consecutive away loss in the league, following a 2-0 collapse at Arsenal and 4-0 humiliation against Bournemouth.

While City responded in the ideal manner to Liverpool's victory on Saturday, Chelsea looked far from the top-four side they aspire to be.

Chelsea were handed their heaviest loss in 28 years on Sunday (Monday NZ time) when Manchester City routed Maurizio Sarri's side 6-0 in the Premier League. Standing between Chelsea and the League Cup is City in the final on February 24 at Wembley Stadium. Arsenal at home and Chelsea at home and Everton away is a tough, tough week and we did incredibly.

"Ultimately the players have to perform and if the group feels the manager is not giving them what they need, there's a question to answer".

He said: "No, I don't think so". The group now probably needs a different style of coaching, a different style of managing.

"Kun" also became only the sixth player to score or assist 200 goals for one club in the Premier League, joining Wayne Rooney, Ryan Giggs, Henry, Frank Lampard, and Steven Gerrard.

"As a manager you have to set the tone and even if you're wrong and you feel like you're not getting your message across, you just lie and say, 'Everything is great'". Instead, the manager arrived quickly for his post-match press conference and left fewer than four minutes later, admitting that he was "worried" about his Chelsea side and adding that his job is "always at risk".

Danai Gurira leaving 'Walking Dead' next season
The Walking Dead Season 9 resumes its run this Sunday night on AMC, with eight more episodes on their way. Right now, she's got a lot of opportunities and she needs to weigh what she feels is best for her.

"I am surprised because at the beginning of the season we played better away than at home".

"Not yet", said Guardiola when asked if City were on a par with Barca.

Chelsea hardly had time to take stock before they conceded again, with Gundogan slotting home a neat shot from the edge after a poor clearance from Antonio Rudiger. They got played through. They have since lost seven out of 21 in all competitions.

"The whole pressing thing is confusing".

"If you stop Jorginho in the middle of the park you've got a very good chance of stopping Chelsea, and I thought they did brilliantly today. Lots of confusing messages".

He made an encouraging start to his tenure as Chelsea were unbeaten after their first 12 Premier League matches under him this season, but they have faded out of title contention and now face a battle to finish in the top four.

"I told him not to do it again but, after, his reaction was a little bit better!" I admire these kind of players, the consistency.
