The Miami Dolphins traded Ryan Tannehill to the Tennessee Titans on Friday afternoon, severely shaking up the quarterback situation in Tennessee and leaving us wondering what is happening in Miami.

The news was announced on Twitter by Tannehill's agents at SportsTrust Advisors.

Tannehill's deal reportedly reaches $12 million when playtime and other incentives are taken into consideration.

The games were adversely affecting the studies and the overall behaviour, conduct and language of children, the notification said. Police Commissioner Manoj Agrawal explained that "people have been booked but there is nothing like arrest in it".

Miami landed a fourth-round pick in 2020 and a seventh-round pick in 2019 in exchange for a sixth-round pick and Tannehill, according to National Football League insider Ian Rapoport.

The Dolphins will likely look to the draft for a quarterback after missing on Teddy Bridgewater and others in free agency. Tennessee will get a sixth round pick in 2019 along with the veteran QB. Miami's current depth chart is Jake Rudock and Luke Falk. Tannehill was named the team's Ed Block Courage Award recipient in 2018 and the Dan Marino Team MVP in 2014.

For the Titans, this is a high-end move but a smart one. While he never established himself as a great starter, Tannehill should be an excellent backup quarterback for Marcus Mariota. Both have had minimal playing time under center.
