Primary setup includes a triple camera module at the back of the phone which combos a 12MP lens with a variable aperture (with OIS), a 12MP telephoto lens (with OIS) and a 16MP ultra-wide angle camera. Samsung reportedly considered releasing it first but chose to release the current Fold model instead. Previously, Kuo had estimated that Samsung will ship between 30 to 35 million units of the Galaxy S10 in 2019. Also in the rumor mix is the potential for an in-display fingerprint sensor to be incorporated into this class of phone.
As for the Galaxy Fold, Bloomberg's source says that Samsung is improving its durability.
