Game Of Thrones Is Too Far Gone To Save

Game of Thrones burned down all competition and its own ratings records with the series' penultimate episode Sunday.

Viewers now only have one more show left in the series and are expecting the final episode to be more dramatic than ever before.

There are two clear contenders as to who could murder the new queen with Jon Snow (Kit Harington) and Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage) both shocked by her recent actions.

The final episode is sure to wrap up the story in a big way, and we can only imagine HBO didn't want to tease anything too big!

While he struggled a bit in Game 2, finishing with six points after shooting one of seven from the floor, other guys stepped up. Serge Ibaka hit a three-pointer with 1.1 on the clock to send Toronto into the halftime break up 58-51.

It has felt to some fans that the show always needed her to become a monster, and that the issue for them is whilst it was always on the cards for her, the switch to madness came to fruition rather quickly this season. Although season eight has received the highest ratings in the show's history, it is also the worst-reviewed of the lot, with an aggregate score of 75% on Rotten Tomatoes.

As fans of the show, people are inevitably invested in characters as individuals, invested in characters progression, and invested in characters reasons for fundamentally doing what it is they do. That added to my dismay. It would have made more sense than just killing for killing's sake. "But that was frustrating for a couple seasons".

Will Varys' death and failed assassination attempt end up being an even more grievous error if Daenerys retains her power over the Iron Throne in the next episode and when the series comes to an end? "Narratively speaking, Game of Thrones did the Mother of Dragons dirty, there's no two ways around it".
