That's why recently, at an event in India, the company unveiled the Nokia 2.2, a smartphone has Android One and is meant to be the cheapest handset with Android Q from the company, part of its new lineup this year.

Now, we've learned that Finland-based HMD Global, which makes Nokia-branded smartphones, is currently working on two 5G smartphones which are expected to launch in Q3 or Q4 of 2019. The new software update package is around 400MB in size and is o=mostly focused on UI enhancements and improves the overall stability of the phones.

As you might be aware, Nokia showed off its Nokia 2.2 at the HMD Global event in India on June 6. The adaptive display of the Nokia 3.2 also does a commendable job of adjusting to light indoors and outdoors. At just 9.35mm thin, the new smartphones bring modern looks and a quality feel in-hand. This patch fixes a critical security vulnerability in Media framework that could enable a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code within the context of a privileged process. Nokia 2.2 also has a stand-out feature, so to speak. They have 3GB RAM, 32GB storage, and an expandable memory up to 128GB via microSD card slot. There's a 5.71-inch HD+ (720x1520 pixels) display up-front with a waterdrop notch at the top. For imaging duties, there is a dual rear camera of 13-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.2 lens and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.2 lens. Under the hood, there's a Qualcomm Snapdragon 429 processor.

In terms of camera, the device comes with a 8 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash with f/2.0 aperture and a LED flash. One interesting thing is that these phones are running Android 9 Pie out of the box but are not under the Android One program so, updates information are unknown right now.
