However, it also said its highly anticipated Animal Crossing game had been delayed until March 2020.

A new The Legend of Zelda adventure is in the works, as Nintendo teased a direct sequel to the hit Breath of the Wild. No release date was given, but hopefully we'll hear more throughout the show.

E3 is now underway and the gamer news keeps on coming.

Iran releases USA resident accused of spying
He was arrested on the way to the airport and later sentenced to 10 years behind bars on espionage charges in a closed-door trial. A top Lebanese security official is in Tehran to secure Zakka's release, which has been anticipated.

The reveal came at the end of Nintendo's E3 Direct show. Ultimate, two new paid downloadable fighters will be available: Hero from DRAGON QUEST this summer and Banjo-Kazooie this fall. The chat in the Twitch stream was going even more bananas than usual.

Nintendo's E3 2019 presentation was dominated by giants of the Japanese video game world - not just Nintendo's own Pokémon, Smash Bros, Animal Crossing and Zelda series, but Square Enix's Dragon Quest and Mana roleplaying series and a range of anime-styled and mech-themed games. Link and Zelda were both there (the latter rocking a new pixie cut), along with some creeping darkness and a moldering corpse that appears to be Ganondorf himself. The overhead shot of Hyrule in the trailer suggests that at least the overworld will be similar to the one in BotW. According to IGN, "Breath of the Wild" was announced in 2014 before releasing in 2017, so it's possible fans might not see the game until 2022.

I'm thinking it'll be worth the wait.
