Buttigieg says he wouldn't allow U.S. taxpayer money to pay for West Bank annexation if elected

South Bend Mayor and Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg says he would block US taxpayer money from being used for Israel's potential annexation of the West Bank.
